STRATEGY SESSION AGREEMENT
Signature: Being the authorized account holder or the Corporate Officer, by checking the boxes and signing, I understand and agree to the terms set forth in this payment authorization, agree to pay, understand that chargebacks after services have commenced constitute fraud, and specifically authorize to charge my account for the services provided. I further agree that in the event my account information becomes invalid, I will provide new valid information upon request, to be charged for the payment of any outstanding balances owed.
Refund Policy: You agree that the $350 strategy session fee will be earned in full and no portion of it will be refunded once services have been performed or commenced. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks from your credit card and/or form of payment (ie, Stripe, PayPal) for any reason whatsoever related to services. In the event of a chargeback, the Firm reserves the right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account; and/or pursue further legal action for theft of services.
Arbitration: Any dispute between us arising out of or connected to our representation of you, including but not limited to all tort or contract causes of action, as well as claims based on claims breach of contract, unjust enrichment, legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud, negligent misrepresentation and fraud, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event shall be defined as any act or event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, and strikes. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the affected party shall provide prompt written notice to the other party and shall take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the event. The period of performance under this Agreement shall be extended by a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
